Artist's Description
More precisely, this is the bell tower of the Chiesa della Madonna degli Angeli. In English, that would be Church of the Madonna of the Angels. The church is in a tiny little area of Riviera in the Province of Bergamo, Italy, which is in the Lombardy region.
