Artist's Description
While everything that glitters may not be gold, it certainly looks like it at night in Monte Carlo. This is the world-famous Casino in Monte Carlo, where the rich and famous come out to play. It’s had a history of being occupied by various outside forces from time to time, the princes have been ruling since its inception. Monaco is one of the wealthiest nations on the planet.
