Artist's Description
A gondola is being rowed down one of the many canals of Venice, Italy. The gondolier is about to pass under the Bridge of Sighs, which connects the interrogation rooms of the Doge's Palace (left) to the prison (right) on the other side of the canal. According to some, the windows of the bridge would be the last view a prisoner would have of beautiful Venice for somet ime, and thus would sigh when looking out.
Another legend is that if a couple kiss on a gondola at sunset under the bridge as the bells of St. Mark's tower rings, they will be granted eternal love and bliss.

Oh..and I paint flowers too, among other...
