Artist's Description

At the end of the work day, the people of Bratislava, Slovakia close their shops and head for home - or if not going home at least they are off the clock. In the Old Town, automobile traffic is not allowed in most places, so everyone must walk at least to the edge to find their car, catch a bus, or whatever. I have a fascination with Old Town Bratislava, with it's narrow shop lined streets, beautiful architecture, and old world feel. Almost as if you step back in time a couple hundred years, leaving the modern world behind and life moves just a little slower. Of course, there's Wifi.. so not all is left behind.

Self taught, I use the computer to paint. I've always been interested in computers since I first worked on one way back in high school. And I've always had an appreciation for art, as my mother is an accomplished painter. Merging the two, what you see are the results. Digital work that looks (hopefully!) like a traditional painting. My paintings are mostly places I've been, preserving the memory and sharing them with the world. I love to travel, seeing and experiencing new things.
