Artist's Description

Even though it seems like every canyon in the Sedona area could be called "Red Canyon" this one actually is. The red standstone canyone is home to the Palatki Heritage Site which has ancient cliff dweelings with lots of pictographs. It's located north and west of Sedona on Forest Service Road 525. Well worth the visit.
