A somewhat cloudy, foggy day on a boat on Western Brook Pond. The pond, or inland fjord, is located in Gros Morne National Park in Newfoundland, Canada. The mountains surrounding the pond are the Long Range Mountains, the northern most section of the Appalachian Mountains. The water here has the highest purity rating available for natural bodies of water. I was there, on the boat, in July some years ago. The weather was cold, so cold that i had wind burn from sitting outside on the top of the boat watching the scenery pass me by.

Self taught, I use the computer to paint. I've always been interested in computers since I first worked on one way back in high school. And I've always had an appreciation for art, as my mother is an accomplished painter. Merging the two, what you see are the results. Digital work that looks (hopefully!) like a traditional painting.
